Introducing Everspring Solutions
We are a new, independent Nordic company focused on payment platforms for regulated industries—with a team and heritage rooted in PayEx and Swedbank Pay.
Everspring Solutions is new - and not starting from scratch. We were formed through a carve-out from Value Added Services within PayEx, bringing the people, services and culture that already delivered large-scale payment and loyalty platforms. We are now an independent company, free to invest fully in our products and our customers’ success.
What we do
We build and operate payment infrastructure for regulated industries and demanding merchant environments across the Nordics - combining operational stability with continuous product development.
Where we come from
Our team combines decades of experience from PayEx Ledger and financing, Swedbank Pay’s PSP and merchant infrastructure, and long-running product and architecture work inside Value Added Services. That mix of finance, technology and delivery is what we bring forward under the Everspring name.
